What part of EcoCityCraft is this suggestion for:
    All Main Servers
    Short title for your suggestion:
    Insurance Feature ($40), tiered
    What are you suggesting:
X times per year users can make an insurance claim for a dropped item that has despawned to have one of the same item created and given to the owner. 1 claim for first tier, 2 claims for the second tier, etc.
Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:
It's another feature that provides the server with some extra cash flow while the clumsy user can have a little cushion in case they drop their precious items.
    Other information:

    Plugin or custom addition:

+1 As someone who has been devastated by the loss of an Eff7 before magic tools Id endorse this.

There's just no feasible way to do this in an automated fashion, without a very large amount of work.
It would be a very heavy project, simply because I'd want it to be fully automated, in the sense you can regenerate a previously owned tool if it's been despawned for example, once every x amount of time.

This would be a very large project, due to the amount of checks needed for all edge case scenarios.
As such, I just do not see the benefit to this. It's better to just be careful with your stuff.
