Increase duration between ads​

What are you suggesting:

I am suggesting we double the wait period between Ads to 10 minutes.

So 6 ads per hour per user​

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

Chat kinda sucks and is incredibly spammy recently. Even with a 5 minute cooldown chat is filled with non stop ads and looks trashy​

Other information:

The upcoming color restriction in ch tr will only give us trashy grey ads and won’t solve the spam issue as macros can be set to default grey and one could manually run color text ads while they are online​
