Glass/Glowstone insta-break​

What are you suggesting:

Make Magic Shears (could be L2 for one, L3 for another etc.) be an insta break or a far sped up breaking process for glass, glowstone and Sea lanterns.​

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

There is no instabreak on ECC for these items, and it would make farming them more viable to supply in bulk for builds, etc. also allows for easy destruction of "troll builds" made of glass that arent awful but arent fun to destroy if needed.​

Other information:

Makes magic shears more desirable too for god drops, etc. ​

Plugin or custom addition:

Cant remember if Majik Shears have silk may need to adjust this​
