What are you suggesting:

I am suggesting a "fair lotto", specifically in addition to the current one (not replacing). For this lottery, tickets can be the same cost as the normal lottery but would be capped at a low number, like 5 or 10 tickets per run per person. This would make it reasonable for lower-income players to purchase lottery tickets with a fair risk, as no one could buy out the lottery with 100+ tickets securing their win. The current lottery is great for high-income players to pull money out of the economy and give them high risk/high reward options, so the suggested addition would be a separate lottery with different rules for a different player base is all.​

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

This lottery would encourage more lower-income player participation and, in my opinion, make a lottery that is actually fun to participate in.​

Other information:

To reduce confusion between this suggestion and the current lottery, the "fair lotto" could be called /scratch, where players can purchase up to 5 or 10 scratch tickets in one run for a chance to win at the end. It would still be randomized, but limited to encourage more participation and give a fair shot to every participant.​
