Eff 7 Pickaxe Mark 2​

What are you suggesting:

A new efficiency 7 pickaxe with fortune 3 on, as an alternative to the current silk touch pickaxe​

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

A modest QoL addition, tool switchers are already able to be used while mining to switch between a silk touch pickaxe and a fortune pickaxe. A fortune 3 efficiency 7 pickaxe would somewhat level the playing field without having too much of a drastic change in regards to economy.​

Other information:

The current silk touch pickaxe would still have uses, being focused more as a building focused pickaxe, whereas the fortune 3 pick would somewhat be better used for mining.​
