Eff 7 Pickaxe Deepslate Mining​

What are you suggesting:

I am suggesting that the Star Pickaxe be updated to be able to instantly break deepslate blocks identically or similarily to how it breaks stone blocks so that it can be a valid option for money making as well as construction projects below the y coordinate 8.​

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

1. Currently the Efficiency 7 pickaxe breaks deepslate blocks at almost an identical speed to an Efficiency 5 pickaxe.
2. Due to the world generation changes of 1.18 most of the valuable materials are in the deepslate layers.
3. Currently cave mining and farming without star or magic tools are notably more profitable than Efficiency 7 mining.​
