What are you suggesting:

I'm suggesting that the votes needed to buy star tools be dropped to 3000 to match the 2/1 vote/nstar ratio.​

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

There's no reason to use votes to buy star tools, when they cost essentially an extra 262 nstars. Sure, most people will just convert to nstars to buy them, but this is just to make the pricing consistent.​
