I would imagine /mcability would stop this from happening. EDIT: It doesn't, as /mcability only works on abilities that can be readied by a right-click action. A town flag to deny mycelium-spread also doesn't prevent the creation of mycelium. It also should have been disabled since 2019, but with so many changes to mcMMO over time it may have been overlooked. I believe this should be a Help / Support thread in that case, rather than a suggestion.
