What are you suggesting:

With the addition of this suggestion, I am proposing a command that does the opposite.​

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

Right now to deoxidize a mass amount of copper you have to place the blocks manually and right click the block with an axe until you get the desired block stage (also losing any wax on the block in the process.) This suggestion would carry over the effects of the /oxidize command but in the opposite direction.​

Other information:

Each command reduces the weathering level by 1.
Waxed variants carry over to the new block.
/deoxidize all should be included​
