+0 Seems like it would take both dev and admin time to come up with and implement this stuff. Prolly better used on 1.16 or that major 2021 update.
Well one would be Telekinesis. Where when you are mining diamonds with your eff five it will go straight to your inventory (any blocks you mine) You could also get tiers like Telekinesis IV ignores all cobblestone another enchant could be like for a sword where you can hit any projectile like a trident right back at a player
Is this instead of them dropping on the ground and you walking forward to pick them up? IMO it seems like a lot of work for something that potentially wouldn't get used much/would be a lot of dev work/isn't really a full suggestion in terms of the enchants you want available.
Yes so like normally when you mine stone or an ore the ore drops on the grounds or the stone is just scattered everywhere. Instead the block you drop would go straight to your inventory.
1.16.3 is coming soon, andrew is working on it as we speak. I don't really see a need for this suggestion nor will it really benefit anyone much, just walk forwards to collect your diamonds/emeralds. -1

Suggestion is far too vague. If you'd like to suggest something please be as detailed as possible. As well as others have stated, the amount of dev work for something like this just isn't plausible unless there is major demand.
