I like the idea. We also can't forget the /rfl draw cooldown, and do you envision kit cooldowns being visible with this hypothetical command as well?
I don't see why it wouldn't be a good idea for that as well. I was thinking more of a global cool down command that would show the cool downs of whatever feature/kits you have.
