Well it would be an official group. Like to creat one you do /createguild (name) and it would take money or something and it would display infront of your name like a COD clan tag. But then playing the game and maybe yea upgrading mcmmo and just playing would upgrade your guild level. And every so many levels you could get a reward. Like let’s say clan level 20 gets all the members in your clan a +5% prestige or something. It would be something people would look forward to join each other’s guilds because more perks. Mcmmo parties just help with mcmmo levels and really no other incentive to play in mcmmo parties. A clan would be something someone would want to be in. And like high level players have a good guild and people are gonna grind and try to prove their worth to get into the good guilds/clans.
I see. If I'm gonna be honest it sounds like a ton of custom work for something that ultimately isn't very interesting.
I mean devs have done harder stuff before this could be something that can come in a year. If they decide to do it I’d expect it take a year or so overtime to get it finished
I can see clans if we were more PvP, but how can we make this work well with economy? I know you mentioned a prestige at Lvl20, but how would you even level up in ECC?
Maybe time played on the server Or combined mcmmo levels level up clan Or amount /sell hand money made Or combination of prestiges and medals or to incentivize Andrew, every god drop opened helps level up clan
Or to make it more Grind related, exp collected increases level or mobs killed or nstars bought at star shop
If that is the case, then I would need to -1 this, especially when prestige is involved as an incentive. MCMMO levels I can see, but at that too, we have the MCMMO prestige. I would -1 it even more if prestige levels affect the guild level. Bottom line, guilds work best for PvP, but we aren't a PvP server. We have /party, custom chats, and even towns that do a similar job and are much better IMO with how the server operates.
Clans/clubs of these sorts aren't what ECC's gameplay is about. If you want something that resembles a club/clan for social purposes, you're free to utilize McMMO parties and custom/private chat channels.
