What are you suggesting:

This was a oddly far out idea so bear with me.
in the 7 tax collections listed on the wiki, ERSReserve has taken on average 72.5m each time. With the last taking only 25m.
Heres the suggestion:
1. ERSReserve has a chestshop set up somewhere selling a double chest of a unique item (like the ECD Arrows) each month. If sold at $50k ECD, ERSReserve would earn 172.8m to put towards events and such.
2. If all unique items are sold, the server earns a tax-less period.
3. These unique items can be redeemed by way of a 24 hour kit sign for exclusive deals like:
a. 64 unique items for a stack of raffle tickets
b. 2 stacks for a boost token (for the harder to achieve mission crystals.
c. 64 unique items for X amount of Nstars for winterfest.
d. whatever your mind can think of.
4. When exclusive offers come up the ERSReserve shop would close, so only those who have been participating beforehand can redeem exclusive kits.
5. IF, ERSReserve does not sell all items in a month. taxes hit as usual.

Please share thoughts as I dont think I have thought this through completely.​

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

Taxes collected are dropping. If Taxman pays out half of what he earns through this, he will receive more than the average tax hit currently. This puts taxes back into the hands of willing players, and adds the challenge of reaching a goal collectively.​

Other information:

This could be a way to do boosts obtainable through gameplay as suggested by BobbyBlack and in a way "remove taxes" suggested by others​
