What are you suggesting:

Instead of regular iron tools, give /kit starter a set of iron unbr 3 tools​

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

Mining is the currently the best recommended means of making money for new builders, and because of that, /kit starter is advertised a lot. Instead of unenchanted tools, have iron tools with unbr3 in order to help starting players be able to have a slightly better advantage starting out.
Iron tools serve no purpose for experienced players and would only benefit newer users, especially with unbr3.​

Other information:

Call it “making it easier,” but i believe that we can improve player retention if we help out the newer players by having slightly better tools. Since they arent diamond tools, its not a drastic change that benefits more than starting players. Enchanted Iron is a good step up from regular iron and enables people to reach things like diamonds faster, increasing how much they make initially and keeping their interest in the server longer; instead of spending precious iron on more tools, an enchant can help them retain some of their profits better!​

Whoops i stopped writing it last night and picked it up again and lost my train of thought. I adjusted it to add enchanted iron instead of regular iron tools.
