If you value ECD/USD at 20k per, you’re making $0,75 an hour. If you value the star rod at 2,6M ECD (1600 per nstar) you need 160 hours to make your investment back.Other information: I strongly believe there’s not one person that didn’t regret buying a lure 5 star rod. No one but you values ECD/USD like this. But your point is still valid. 15k per hour plus xp is pretty good considering no setup is required to use fishing. And fishing is the only thing you can do to consistently earn xp without going to mining. The ability to auto-fish while chatting in global and VIP is worth the trade off of making 1 or 2k less per hour than other star tools. -1
Farming wheat can make 30k/h without the need of a tool. I can make more money mining with an eff5. I can farm melons with my bare hands, sell the seeds/slices and make around 5k more per hour without the need of a tool. I’ve seen 3 or 4 people value it at 19-20k per.
