Currently it seems like the tropical fish to pufferfish drop ratio is about 1:1 (unless you fish in a warm ocean, then trops are a little more frequent). With a boosted rod you could get higher ratios of tropical fish, for example: 2:1 tropical fish to puffers for l1 boosted magic rod 3:1 for a l2 boosted magic rod 4:1 for a l3 boosted magic rodWhy is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?: If someone is willing to spend the money to boost their rod, they could get the chance to fish up more trops than puffs. I don't believe we'll be adding fish based functionality to magic rod boosts. Doesn't seem very sane code wise, and we should stick to boosts affecting the specific item and it's functionality instead.
