To make it simple it can be the same mechanic as Magic with +1% per level. Therefore Magic 2, Boost 3 armor will give a 5% bonus.Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?: There is not much differentiation between the prestige shops right now. This will bring them to another level with a max of +12%.
