What are you suggesting:

L1 - 5% chance for obsidian to drop crying obsidian
L2 - 10% chance for obsidian to drop crying obsidian
L3 - 15% chance for obsidian to drop crying obsidian​

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

Adds another option for farming crying obsidian which is hard to get but is great for builds.​
