What are you suggesting:

that you have a chance of getting extra xp while it is in your inventory
boosted level 1 when mining gets x2
level 2 when killing mobs x2
level 3 while fishing gets x2​

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

experiance bottles would have a better pupose and there is not alot of them around​
