Boost Suggestion - Enchanted Item​

What are you suggesting:

Give a very low chance to drop a "shiny" enchanted item of that item.​

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

It looks cool and allows collectors to collect the item and can use it for boosting.​

Other information:

For example if you mine redstone and you have the redstone boosted item there is a low chance of getting a shiny (enchanted) redstone.
Also maybe make a command that toggles on/off the shiny item if the user doesn't want to find it.​
