Boost Suggestion - Empty/Water Bottles​

What are you suggesting:

Boosting a Glass Bottle allows you to Empty the bottles except for boosted Bottles in your inventory.
Boosting a Filled Water Bottle allows you to Fill Glass Bottles in your inventory.

Level 1 Lets you fill/empty 1 bottle
Level 2 Lets you fill/empty up to a stack of it.
Level 3 Lets you fill/empty all in inventory and you can toggle between the modes and turn it off.

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

It allows for a quicker empty or fill of the potion bottles.​
