You should suggest specific designs if you want more than just the 10*14 Stargate requires defining portal shapes/designs in the config (including materials). Just saying "bigger" isn't necessarily actionable in the way you want.
The creation of this portal is already possible. It's up to @ClarinetPhoenix to decide if she wants to add it as a possibility to the applications. Suggestion left for her.
Yeah, I'm not seeing any need/support for more portal sizes. If they were the main way to get to one place to another and everyone used them sure, but town portals are uncommon at best as they are anyway. We won't be making this change.
