What are you suggesting:

Allow people with TownControl to use the anvil-use flag​

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

I noticed recently that nonmembers of my town could not use the anvils anymore. @iSneaky added the anvil-use flag to the region and it worked.​

Other information:

The anvil-use flag shows up in /rg flags but I am not able to use it with highest TownControl tier.​

Already in game.​
