Additions to Boosted Magic Hoe​

What are you suggesting:

In addition to the current Boosted Magic Hoe effects (tilling an area of dirt w/ a bigger radius for each boost), add a chance for double drops on all farming crops (wheat, beetroot, potato, carrot, netherwart, and seeds)

For each boost level, the following chances
B1 - 5% chance of double drops
B2 - 10% chance of double drops
B3 - 25% chance of double drops

Also, since wheat itself isn’t affected by fortune, with the double chance percentage, have 2 wheat drop for each chance (similar to how the magic pick works with a custom drop amount)​

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

The current boost effects for Magic Hoe isn't really that special in my opinion, and doesn't really warrant using my boosts for them. The double drops adds value to boosting my hoe​

Other information:

Maybe add an autopickup for all those crops too​
