Add spawners to the Collector Medal​

What are you suggesting:

Adding spawners as a requirement for the Collector Medal / Prestige​

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

There are a lot of spawners on the main servers as of right now, with more than half of them being worthless or being used to generate a new spawner key. Since Spawners are a crate, they should be added to the Crate Master Medal / Prestige and should hopefully remove some spawners from the economy and/or add value to the worthless ones.​

Other information:

There are currently 37 different spawners on the server (not including magma cube or the blank one), so for the medal, I was thinking one would need 20 or 25 different spawners for the medal and eventual prestige
