Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

Several new users have been asking for soul-speed ebooks but they are extremely rare as they can only be obtained naturally despite not really being that good of an enchantment.​

Other information:

this is the only enchantment that I'm aware of that is not at /warp enchant​
