Add Efficnecy to Magic Hoes​

What are you suggesting:

Add Efficiency to Magic hoes for faster sponge block breaking.

As suggested for shears buff, but was later learned from others that vanilla hoes with efficiency can pickup sponges nearly instantly. It would be nice if magic hoes could do this too so you didn't have to have have another hoe just for this task.

Maybe give magic Hoe I and II Efficiency 5 so you can insta-mine sponges while not flying, and magic Hoe III Efficiency 7, so that you can insta-collect sponges while flying.​

Why is this a good addition for EcoCityCraft?:

Dealing with Sponges to clear water can be annoying, having to have a vanilla hoe that can pick them up instantly, but a magic hoe can't seems off putting some how.​
