Maximum build 4 stories, extra may be charged for scaffolding. Other services are available, see services list for more! Interior design includes a 1k budget for materials, but you can add more if ya want! Small print: then add 2k for every story after that, materials not included, materials cost 1k per stack for wood, 2k per stack everything else. stairs, doors and other wood products charged at wood prices, Redstone, unless decorative, is not allowed according the Redstone restriction act on the ECC community rules. Promotion prices may be available and are not compatible with each other. This is not a promotion and are the base prices.
