:: Welcome to Akert :: Akert is AnokFero's first town with EcoCityCraft. Based on Ancient Egyptian Lore, just like Anok's name the names have important meaning to him. AnokFero is a translation from Hieroglyphics to Engligh like words, then translated to English to mean "I am Pharaoh". Like all Ancient civilisations, there was this belief of an underworld. For Ancient Egpytians, the underworld is called the Duat. The Duat is where life of Gods, Animals, People and power comes from. The Duat as a whole is viewed as a negative place, and one in which could be viewed as evil. Within the Duat, lives all gods, the leader of the Gods is the Sun god Ra. Ra lives within a special location called Akert. This then, is a safe location from the evil and chaos of the underworld. :: Town Features Town Investigations: AnokFero is equipped with the ability to see LogBlock logs. Food Farms: Food is grown within the town, and access to food is free. Cooking Pots: Are provided at a number of locations. Storage Vaults: Large storage vaults are available - To Be Built and may have a fee. Potions Laboratory: Access to a potions lab - To Be Built and may have a fee. Town Chat: Pending fundraising of fees and application. Town Portal: Pending fundraising of fees and application. Donation Access to: Repairs and Enchanted Repairs. Lifts, Doors, Bridges, Anvil Combinations*. Water and Pyro Services. TPA Coloured Tool Names*. Donations start at twenty ECOdollars per "service call". May not always be done when requested, and are only available at this price if AnokFero does the service. * Indicated services require EXP, where EXP is required, you must provide these additional costs. :: Plots - Renting 10x10 - $500 / Week 15x15 - $600 / Week 15x20 – Not Rentable – Special Plots 20x20 - $800 / Week All Rents can be paid in advance of up to four weeks. Friday NZ time is the deadline to pay rent. :: Plots - Purchase 10x10 - $1,000 15x15 - $2,500 15x20 – Not Saleable – Special Plots 20x20 - $3,500 Purchases of land also require two weeks rent to ensure suitable players are in the town. When the two weeks is done, this will be refunded, if however a player wishes to skip the two week period, this fee will not be refunded. :: Buildings Akert is a Desert/Egyptian theme, following this means that buildings should follow this standard. At any time Owners may request a House Upgrade to lift the standards of properties. :: Warnings Level 1 Stolen items. Level 2 Stolen items. Lack of paying rent on time. Level 3 Stolen items of considerable worth, or third repeat of theft. Grief of any kind. Rent failures for three consecutive days or second warning. Level 4 Removal of all town features, for three days. Not paying a Town Fine for two or more days. Level 5 Removal from town. Warnings may be given at any level and by any Town Owner. :: Fines Theft -400 * (<Theft Warnings> * 2.5) = <Total Fine> Level 1: 400*(1*2.5)= $1,000 ECOdollars Level 2: 400*(2*2.5)= $2,000 Level 3: 400*(3*2.5)=$3,000 Grief – 800 * (<Grief Warnings> * 5.5) = <Total Fine> Level 1: 800*(1*5.5)=$4,400 ECOdollars Level 2: 800*(2*5.5)=$5,500 Level 3: 800*(3*5.5)=$13,200 Late Rent 1,000 * <Days Late> = <Total Fine> Level 1: 1,000*1=$1,000 ECOdollars Level 2: 1,000*2=$2,000 Level 3: 1,000*3=$3,000 – or removed from town. Fines do not have to start at Level 1, and can be issued only by AnokFero. :: Town Rules Acceptance to all EcoCityCraft Rules is required. A player banned by ECC rules may also be removed from Akert. All LWC locks must allow for AnokFero to access this. No item exceptions. Theft of items will not be acceptable, but will be used to ensure you are free from stolen items. Public Food Farms are not for sale to the server or to players. Food must only be accessible to those that need food, and consumed. Players found selling this will have access to the Food Farms revoked instantly. No public or personal farms to be built. Fix, replace and make penance of all Grief at the time it happened. Breaches to this will result in Town Fines, Warnings or instant removal from the town, and may warrant punishment from EcoCityCraft Staff. Stealing of resources locked or otherwise is not acceptable, for this reason locks must allow AnokFero access to ensure integrity of all players. Fines and Warnings will be used for breaches. Plots sizes are strictly enforced. Only AnokFero has the rights to extend, combine or otherwise alter plot sizes. Your rent is your responsibility, paying it on time, every time is a requirement. There is two ways to pay rent, via trade signs in the designated location, or via the PAY command. Please ensure AnokFero is ready to receive these payments before sending the payment. Seven days of unstated absence from EcoCityCraft will be cause to have you removed from the town as well. There will be no refunds of Rents, or reimbursements of resources obtained from LWC requests. Respect for EcoCityCraft Staff and players are required. Respect must be given even when the other person is downright disrespectful of you. No upsetting language – this will not be defined, nor talked about. If you think it will cause offense, modify your language choice. There will be certain words that will get you kicked out of Akert. No mining below the flat level of the town, this includes basements. Storage location will be provided to you upon request – there may be a fee involved (this is to be decided later).
