Hi, I hope your doing well today. We are still under construction of an over 4 level 100x100 cocoa farm. So that when finished it will be over a 100x100x4 cocoa farm. Possibly the largest one on Ecc. But we are renting the first 4 level rows we have made so far. Each level is a day pass which is 24 hours and the price for a daily pass is 4k which with our harvesting and replanting experiment on this farm figured out that it takes only 30 minutes to make up the daily pass and the rest of the day is profitably yours. We also have a shop with supplies to farm cocoa at your hand when you come to AeonRopes Cocoa Farm A day pass is access to over a 4 block high 19 rows of cocoa fields thats 38 walls of cocoa. We have 4 level rows that we marked and cannot be removed the 1st level is redstone marked, 2nd is quartz marked, 3rd is coal marked and 4th is obsidian marked.

Statistics

• You Make ~$8,000/hr based on our experimentation at AeonRopes Farm

• It costs 2 regular Diamond Axes to completely harvest 1 time (available at shop)

• You make on average 4k per harvest

• Each harvest takes on average 30 minutes

• By the time you finish harvesting, the plants will be able to be harvest again

• NO Wait time between harvests (if you replant before moving on to next wall)

In applying for a day pass here its first come first serve and we only have 2 day passes to give out for now. Just reply below you agree to the rules and conditions and if xhigh420x or me writes that you are approved then you will get a day pass once pay is sent to either of us. We are constantly expanding and thank you for reading and/or applying to a day pass at AeonRopes farm. Note: If you would like to apply for multiple day passes please include that in your application how many you would like. Also if you already have a day pass lets say and would like to extend you would get priority of your application than someone whos day pass expired or their first time applying to a certain row. Please also include which marked row you would like to have a day pass in. Also either FuryFudge, xHigh420x, NinjaSteve13, or me YuseffAlqutub can review and reply to your application and add you to the farm.

We have only the marked redstone level and marked coal level cocoa fields up for a day pass.
