    Hello!
    So in 2015 (when the server was AEM) I made a survival purchase of the Elite Rank. I don't have it now....but I have the receipt for the purchase. Does it get transferred over?

    Unfortunately, the deadline for redeeming Survival ranks ended in July 2017. We cannot transfer your purchase over at this time.

    Well, that's not very fair, I wasn't here in 2017 and I paid $30 for the rank....?!?!

    We do not have any equivalent rank on our survival server known as elite.
    We gave AEM users a deadline and gave them coupons during that deadline for certain ranks on our main server.

    However that deadline is over.
