Hi there When I first started out, I did what most people do and bought a plot in a town to build my house and a small farm on. Now I have my own town - well it's not a town yet but it will be one day lol - and I still have my original house and farm. What I would like to know is.. what can I do with a plot I don't really need any more? Can I sell it? If so.. how? As I'm not the town owner I can't add them as a town member etc Or should I just clear the plot and forget about it? I think it makes a great starter home/farm for a builder or resident. It certainly helped me to earn enough money to become mayor. Any advice/suggestions/help would be greatly appreciated. Sorry if I have posted this in the wrong place, I did attempt to find similar threads in the other sections.
You can ask the owner of the town if you can sell it or give it away. Or you can just leave the plot.

Aha! Hello lol I guess we must be on at different times. Damned time zones! I'm going away for just over a week as of Sunday 26th. Please don't evict me I will be back around the 2nd Aug and will give you a shout about my options. I still use my original plot for the odd thing or two and I'm in two minds about what to do with it. Half of me wants to keep it cos I like what I built but the other half thinks that a builder or resident - that want a pre-built - might benefit from it more than me now. Also they might have friends that want to buy other plots nearby in the town. Oh decisions decisions lol
