Hey there thanks for checking out my town thread! FiatIgnem is a newer town that I have been working on here and there in-between my school work and mod duties. This town is a pre-built only town where you can buy homes that range from the following:

10x10 2 story homes (still under construction)

20x20 3 story homes (still under construction but there are 7 available at this moment)

30x30 4 story homes (still under construction)

The town is neighbored by DarkoidFarms where you can go and buy plots if you would like to farm as well. The town is owned by dark_lord19191 and I am co-mayor over there so I can set you up for that as well. FiatIgnem has a no farms policy as it is counterproductive to the towns vibe. I will explain this in the town rules which I will list below.

At the current stage in the towns development there is a town portal which I have just acquired recently, it is remotely in the middle of the town. In development is a town hall/shop where you can buy some basic needs as well as sell me resources for money. This hall is right behind the town portal so when you exit the portal you will see the town rules sign and if you turn around you will notice the building right behind you.

The town rules are as follows I will also post a screenshot of the rules board:



Absolutely No Griefing Whatsoever.
Do not go into other peoples homes without permission.
Do not build below Y:63 for any reason.
Do not build structures without my permission.
No cursing at all please, let's keep the chat clean.
No farms, please if you want to farm go to the town next door by using the lift signs as seen on the rules board.

Prices:

10x10's: $1500

20x20's: $3000

30x30's: $5000

Sorry you must not have read the original post I only have 7 20x20's available atm would like to wait on the 30x30's to be built or would you like to buy a 20x20.
