Today I learned in chat that besides the member groups of "members" and "nonmembers" you also do "owners" and "nonowners". I feel this would be an informational additional to the wiki. Thanks to @FuriuosGeorge ;P
Excellent, that definitely adds some nice possibilities for certain styles of towns. Added to all relevant flags that affect a users ability to interact with a town. Thanks for the suggestion.
