As a couple people are aware, we recently added a new section to our rules regarding Ban Requests. They are Section X of the rules and can be found here. The new section states the following: Note that this is something we already did, however it is now clearly stated in the rules and outlines the specifics that go with this type of ban. Something I did not note in the wiki is that getting banned by request will lock your staff app, should they be open and you have one in at the time.
Not particularly. While we'd appreciate some sort of format and for you to state your username in the request, there is currently not a format for ban request. This is something I'll look into though, as I think there should be one.
The new rule was needed, requesting a ban so that someone can get some sleep shows that it was getting out of hand. RagMan
