    I started playing on the account wakopanda, then my account got hacked. I had the Mayor rank I think and I had the multihomes+ donation pack. My new account is Chi_Matsumoto. Just asking if I could have that information tranfsered to my new account. I do not care for the in-game money for that is replaceable.

    That answer is 99.99% chance of being a no. You most likely will have to start over. Andrew only did it once that i remember like a year ago when ajp00 who was a mod at the time had to be changed to ajp000.

    The staff team cannot aid you in this. The only person who could is Andrewkm. In order to contact him please go to the top right hand corner and click 'inbox'. Then click 'start a conversation.' Then after doing that add 'Andrewkm' into the participants section. Then explain to him your situation. There is by far no guarantee andrew will do this.
