So recently I created an account to go from builder to citizen and when I did so I entered my exact username lord_CHITHULU and my balance in game was $1504.40 however on the website my balance read $0.00 and I'm positive that I spelled it correctly anyone know what to do (FYI before joining this server I changed my username once if this info is useful in any way tell me.) Thanks in advance.
See /help bank in game for info. It's not a mirror of your in game account, but rather, a separate balance for forum activities.
I'll expand more on what Jamie said. The in-game balance and the forum balance are two separate things. >10k of the in-game balance can be sent to the forum balance with the "/bank deposit" (amount of money) command. It can be taken out of the forum bank with the "/bank withdraw (amount of money)" command. The forum bank is used only for Sportsbook, and the Stock Trader. About you rank. Your next rank is Resident. Resident costs $15,000, so you still got a ways to go until then. Good luck. You may want to check out the "/help bank" command, and the "/help ranks" command.
And Resident is bought with money ingame, not on the forums. Also why did you think the first rank was Citizen? That would be fun to see but that's not what it is
