There's certain circumstances that are required for an account migration. Andrew will do them, if those circumstances are met, in your case, I can't be sure if he'll do it or not. You'll want to private message Andrew regarding the account migration, and all the information about it.
For this situation it's unlikely that he'll transfer your rank, it's only resident and getting 15k is something you can do in a matter of hours.
15k is not easy for me if he doesnt change rank can he atleast giv eme 15k i cant get money that easily
