Reason: Many builders want to use shoutbox and currently don't have the money to rank up/don't want to rank up. I understand that builders cannot use shoutbox for many reasons, one of them probably being anti-spam. But, I think this works the same way as water. Water must be donated for, for anti grief reasons. Therefore, I believe shoutbox access should be given to all donators. This works the same way as kit vsg, something extra for donating. Link to this plugin: N/A Edit: donators and res+ can all use shout box is what I meant. So in addition to res+, donating builders can use it as well.
Guys, just to clear up some confusion, my suggestion is not making shoutbox a separate donation feature, but rather giving "early access" to shoutbox for any builder donators.
I don't think it should be donors instead of res+ but donors or res+. I thought the main reason that it wasn't for builders was so that someone couldn't make an account and instantly start shouting advertisements, spam, etc. Donors should be included as well because if they have donated they probably aren't there to advertise.

My issue with this is, is how we are actually going to allow donors to do that. It would require a seperate user group, and all users who have donated will need to have that group added to their Secondary Groups on their account, either through user group promotions, or manually. On the other hand, we could get some custom development, like with the medals, and give out user group promotions automatically when you donate and have it hooked with in-game accounts.
Hey, I'm just making a suggestion. I have no idea how it would be done, and @minecraftninja05, you're wrong. There are a ton of builders that have donated but currently don't have the money to rank up.
Your math is completely wrong. I would say at least 50% of our server is made up of builders, and many of them donate. This could further encourage donating, helping us better fund the server, allowing for smoother running and further expansion/upgrades.
50%?... Dam you dont realize how many builders we lose/lost from kits, do you? I ran a test the other day, about 7months ago, I offered free 10x10 plots to builders, remember, not nearly as many kitters then. I tried yesterday, 1 response, after 30mins, town had many perks, just shows how we don't have 50% of the server made up of builders, not even close...
