Reason:​

User based Business's could grow more and expand across ECC bringing more money into the area.​

Other Information:​

This would make player base business's go up, this will bring more money into the area of work and providing Jobs and Work for builders, EG. Dirt Business, Investor Gives it $5000 for it, $2000 gets 6 workers collecting Dirt, $3000 is used to expand and make a HQ, With the money they make $8000 is given back to the investor. This helps: Builders (Work for Dirt), Town Mayor(Expanding and Plot Selling), Investor (Getting more money back) This then helps the money cycle around on and on and on.​
