There once was a City named Lancaster. At one time, it was the most active city on ECC, consisting of 9 towns in the City proper, plus another dozen or so suburbs -- with hundreds of members. It was either one of the largest and most populated -- or literally THE largest and most populated -- urban concentration(s) ever built on ECC. Even the Server Owner secretly lived there, under an alt. Then, its Mayor (the deadbeat) got overwhelmed by it all and sort of let it die. And there it has been sitting for a year now or more, always with at least a few valiant residents: the Dead City of Lancaster. Today, I am pleased to announce that the contract has been drafted selling the entire Dead City to the Nation of Epicure, ECC's greatest empire builders. As the founder and only owner of Lancaster, I wish them well in their quest to bring new life to the City of Lancaster, and I know that I will have left it in good hands.
Here here! *Clanks the glass to him self* Was a great city indeed and I'm glad to joined back in the prime of its youth and I'm glad to stuck around till this day. Maybe one day, with a lot of work, Lancaster will rise again. Lets hope the new owners can fulfill in their question to bring Lancaster into a new era that can rival the prime of Lancaster.
