I think this server needs a jail instead of just banning people for like foul language or scaming like small and stupid stuff that people do instead of banning them jail them for 10 minutes for like the first offence and jail then for like 1 hour for the 2nd offence and for the 3rd offence temp bann and for the 4th offence bann them this i think is a good idea because the mods bann you the second you do something stupid and people are leaving the server because you just bann everyone that does something dumb a jail would be better because they have to sit there and do nothing where a bann they are just like oh i just submit a bann appeal and im free with jail they just sit there and do nothing and they don't leave the server if they know how long they r in there but with a ban people get pissed off and leave because its dumb you bann them for something so little. or... you could just follow the rules. Jail is way worse than a ban. (you can't leave the jail, you have to move or else you will get kicked so you would have to sit still in front of your screen for an hour on end.) and we used to have a jail, jail is buggy and didn't work 70% of the time so we got rid of it. The system we have right now is just fine.
Jail wont happen. On a side note, how exactly do you define the amount of warnings you recieved as "the second you do something wrong"? We dont need a jail. If you mess up, we will warn you, and if you continue, we dont want you on the server anyways. If you feel youve realized what you have done wrong, you appeal and if its a good appeal we will let you try again.

read all of them he said because i have gotten banned laitly for dumb stuff and he said or you could just follow the rules and he said we don't want you on the server anyway so im going to talk to andrew that not right for him to say those comments to me.
He never said you did mess up, he was saying if anyone messes up he will warn them and if they do not stop, unfortunatally ban them.

They were not posting 'smart alic' comments... They were stating fact, trying to explain to you why this won't happen. When making suggestions, you have to expect criticism. The criticism they gave was constructive and they gave reasons for exactly why this won't happen. If they didn't post here, you would possibly have the wrong idea about the way the staff handles things. They just explained that warnings are given, and when it's a repeated offense, they get a ban. Jail is hardly necessary. In fact, the only time bans are instant is when it's something you can't just "make mistakes" on. X-ray, for example. It can only be done on purpose, and lack of knowledge of the rules is no excuse. It's perfectly possible to never get even so much as warned on the server if you watch yourself and make sure you do nothing wrong. I've never been warned once to my knowledge, and I've been here for over a year (And no, I don't have special privileges because I'm a old player/donator. Ask anyone. ) As well, they are not abusing their rights as mod by posting on a suggestion thread. They have just as much say in what does and doesn't happen as you do, they are just putting fact to fact in why they believe this won't happen, and happen to possess the knowledge of the server owners opinions on this a little better. The only one of those comments directed at you was "or... you could just follow the rules." The rest were not meant to be directed at you whatsoever. They were simply stating how things are done and used the word "you" as a way to refer to any user on the server, not just you. What? Bans are not reviewed to reply to a thread and try to shoot it down. Bans have nothing to do with it. I personally have seen some users with several bans get their suggestions approved before several times. I feel the need to post on this thread. Hopefully you are okay with this post lol.

Oh don't worry. If he is a real troll, he will find a good counter to what I just said, in which case, I will make his troll fort fall to a point it cannot be rebuilt. (If I feel like it and see this thread, that is.) If he is not a troll, then this is here to help him understand.
