As many of you know, ModernFarms was given to me back in early December. I received it as a hilly, mess of a town. I, along with the help of others, mined it down, flattened it out, and since then it's been my dedicated town. Letting people in for free, promoting town friendliness and help, and striving to make builders become successful. Alas, I stopped working on the town. I have been willing to sell the town, but I have gotten no buyers. Therefore, I am sad to say I am evicting everyone from ModernFarms. I will tag the residents in this thread, and I would please ask that everyone tagged in this thread to remove anything/everything they own from the town by 12pm (noon) EST, Sunday April 14th. Once April 14th comes around, if I have not heard from you and/or you have not logged on I will begin tearing things down and filing LWC Removals. Once 12 rolls around, I will be closing off the portal to the town as well. I believe you had very kindly given me build rights there in case I needed materials for The Labyrinth. I did not create any /locks in your town. I am glad that being mayor of ModernFarms was a "fun couple of months" for you, and of course I wish you well in your future endeavors
Thanks Nico for letting me know, much aprreciated! Not entirely sure yet, I'm thinking of either making it to arenas (PvP. Spleef) or a personal melon farm. But I now have two personal empty 200x200s (one I won from insidiouslounge), so I'm not sure.
It's possible you may not have any LWCs. I added anyone to this list who had perms as per /rg i. If I come across an LWC of yours, however, I will contact you!
UPDATE- Everyone's perms to the town have been removed, and I may get on my laptop tonight to start removing buildings and whatnot. If at this point you have not removed something and you wish to have it back, I will be keeping your home items in a chest for a short while so people can reclaim items if they forgot them. Please contact me if there is something you forgot that you would like to claim.
