    Also, how would I go about selling a plot? How do I give ownership to a different person?

    Not sure about the pick or the rod but I'm guessing an empty plot of that size is worth between 20-30k

    Don't quote me here but I think the pick is about 15-20k and the rod is about 10-15k.
