As you probably know, I am from Australia. What do you think when you hear 'Australia'? Well, during the day, we always have to be careful of drop bears. These are dangerous, because they sit in the gum trees, and when you walk under them, as the name, they drop on to your shoulders. We also have to be wary of hoop snakes. They are reasonably rare, but you don't know if they are hoop snakes until they curl up into a ring by biting their tail, and start rolling towards you. But the most dangerous part of Australia is the real animals. Did you know that Australia is the home to 9/10 of the worlds most dangerous snakes? And did you know that we are also home to many large, hairy spiders. I haven't even mentioned the sharks, crocodiles, or even the dreaded kangaroo. Yeah that's right... DREADED ... But that's for another time.
