I think that people should only have to wait 3 months to claim a town because once a player is gone for 3 months u pretty much know that they are inactive. I mean half a year!?

In my opinion it should be more like a year. I mean, Andrew still doesn't do official transfers between two active players. We're lucky to even get 6 months.
6 months is fine. If you haven't logged in in 6 months than you have obviously stopped caring sufficiently. If you come back after 6 months and get butthurt because your town was taken, well thats your own fault for ignoring it. We do player .dat wipes, so this kind of thing isn't unheard of. Not to mention is a great perk for the the Tycoons ecoleadermasters whatever. they arent just sinks anymore.
Well we could still really say that about 4 months and about a year. I could make excuses for any amount of time. "I was in coma for a year and I lost my town. Bummer" "4 Months really cuts it, if you haven't come back by then, you've forgotten about ECC."

That's not your job, that's the job of staff to do. And if you hadn't noticed, the all caps post was already warned. I will be deleting the post with the rules quote, just like the other post you made. (which made no sense, because there was no all caps post in that thread)
