6 hour ban still in effect after 24+ hours

    I was banned for 6 hours on wednesday. However it is friday and i still am banned from the server. Can anyone help me out? thank you so much

    @STAFF-04 Server Admin please test if we have a tempban issue with one of your alt accounts and report back.
    Curious if it was a one time thing or if we do in fact have a problem.
