Im Selling a 50x50x5 nether wart farm for ONLY 55k! Why is this cheap? Every time you harvest and replant you gain 20k! Just farm the whole thing 3 times and u got your money back AND a 50x50x5 nether wart farm. It is also located right next to my other town which is very active and by the time I cleared 1 floor the other floor was already FULLY grown. You could buy a town with 55k, make a 200x200 neither wart farm, harvest it once, and get 64k and have a 200x200 nether wart farm.... :0
True but this one is already built and you could use it to gain more nether wart FOR your town that is going to have a 200x200 farm
I think the highest you could get for this would be around 10k, as nether wart is really only farmable if you have the fly/speed donation, and you can make triple the money farming pumps then nwarts

The farm is not laggy and the reason it is high priced is because it is located right next to my other active town in which by the time you are done with 1 row the whole floor is fully grown and that you can just farm around 15-20k in 1 harvest. Maybe we can work out a deal in which you owe 15k when u buy and then u can farm on it and then pay off another 40k later. Actually I will lower it down to 40k so u could pay 15k at start and use it and then pay 25k later.
