Hi ECC, I'd like to announce my third weekly giveaway contest here on the forums! How it works is each week I'll be holding a new giveaway with 3 winners. I increased the prize money to 50k as to make a nice and round number. I'll be using a point system to "grade" each and every applicant. There's a maximum score of 30 Points. You'll be able to receive 15 Points for the "Why do you think you should be chosen as a winner?" question, 10 Points for the "What do you plan on using the money/resources for?" question, and 5 Points for the amount of effort put into the application (I generally want to avoid 2 word answers). Now most giveaways I have seen are usually won by staff members. I love the staff team here, and fully appreciate what they do for the server, but I don't want to always be giving prizes to staff, this giveaway is meant for the whole server. Therefore, I'll be giving staff members a bonus of 5 points. This way they receive credit for the contribution to the server without causing too much of an imbalance. Feedback is greatly appreciated! IGN: 12345shane Rank(s): President, Pilot Why do you think you should be chosen as a winner?: Well, I've been trying to help out the community in small ways such as selling plots, helping builders, etc, and in the time I've been using to help I've noticed I'm not making nearly as much money as I used to. If I want to make money it comes from stuff in my town or selling plots, which happens very rarely both ways. I just want the money to finally be happy again, and to be able to sell more plots to people in need, and to aid more builders and residents in small things such as trade signs, paying someone, etc. What do you plan on using the money/resources for?: I plan on using it for saving up for either buying ext+ so the residents of my town can get erepairs, as they have asked for it for a long time, or I will keep it and save it and be able to be happy while aiding people who need it. Other: Thanks for aiding people in a way I can't, with a large giveaway to people who deserve it.
IGN: chargers2417 Rank(s): President. Why do you think you should be chosen as a winner?: I think I should be chosen as the winner for multiple reasons. I am dedicated to the server, try to help improve our community, and overall just try to make everyone's experience better. I have been playing ECC for over 1 1/2 years now. I believe I have shown the support and dedication it takes to be a true ECC member, but a lot of other people have proven themselves as well, not just me. Secondly, I always try to help our community grow together and get along. I always try to avoid situations that could take a turn for the worse ad try to change the subject, by doing this I also help improve other players experience. What do you plan on using the money/resources for?: I plan on using the resources for my town project. I plan to offer to cheap pre-builts to new members and try to help them start a life on ECC. I would also use some of the money to buy nether stars, but 90% would go to my town Other: Thanks for doing such a generous give away. IGN: Avowin Rank(s): Mayor Why do you think you should be chosen as a winner?: I think that I should be chosen as the winner because I am very nice, and love to be helpful. I think I should be chosen because I have been working hard to get my new rank and to help people. I have been on this server for quite some time, and there are a lot of people that are higher rank than me that have just started out. I am not that far from president, and with my new town from president I am thinking of making a town that is based off of Animal Crossing, where you apply for a house, and it costs a certain amount for the house. when the house is payed off, you can ask for an expansion. With this new town that means more builders have a place to live, and get time to pay off their house. Or if your a richer person, you can have a house in my town so that you can see who is the richest in the town What do you plan on using the money/resources for?: I plan on using this money/resources for two things. One thing would be to help my Loaning business to keep going. My other reason would be to get president so that I can make my town for others. Most times it gets overwhelming and I hardly have time to myself which is less time for me to earn money on my own. I would appreciate a donation every now and then. What do you plan on using the money/resources for?: I plan on using it for the fly donation feature. I would use the fly feature to build more buildings for my towns. It would be really helpful. IGN: Jason1964 Rank(s): Mayor Why do you think you should be chosen as a winner?: I never really like these questions because, truthfully very very few of us really "Deserve" anything. Oh, I can say I'm good, I help the community, and I give away money, all of which I do, but truthfully, no one really "deserves" the money. But since your mainly looking for helpful people, I can vouch for myself, I post on the suggestions forum day in and day out, helping the community hammer out the good suggestions and avoid the bad ones. What do you plan on using the money/resources for?: The money will go toward a few things. One of which being 72volt's empire, my town, and a friend of mine trying to get mayor. If I get the resources, they will go to a secret goal I'm going to work toward starting next week. Other: If for some reason i get to the finals, I'd rather take 3rd place then 2nd or 1st. Mainly because I'd rather have the iron bars and diamonds.

I am looking to buy donation features to not only help myself to be greater, but to help others who are not as privileged as I. What do you plan on using the money/resources for?: I am looking to buy the Teleport Feature and the MultiHome Feature. If I were to win the 3rd place prize and the gems, I would use them in my personal town. Other: I think it's great that a wealthier person such as yourself cares enough about the server to do weekly give-aways with a substantial prize. If I were to be picked. I promise the money will not go waste (Lotto).

It took me nearly a year to get mayor and I didn't even get a town. I've always dreamed of having my own town and buying another town will bring one step closer to my own. I plan on being a philanthropist by helping builders get started, perhaps starting them with a free apartment or such. What do you plan on using the money/resources for?: I would use the money/resources to help me buy a new town. I currently have 10k saved and this would bring me closer.
