$50.00 server feature Cipher competition!

• Here's how it works - You must first unscramble the cipher, once that is done you must find the hidden message within the text, once you have figured out the hidden message post your reply
• The key is needed to break the cipher then find the hidden message.
• NOTE***The answer is not the text it self but the hidden message within the text.

• Rules:

1. *You are only allowed one answer*. You can post questions if you feel you need a hint, hints will be posted on this thread .
2. You will be disqualified if you edit your answer post for any reason, so pick your answer carefully
3. You will not ask me for hints via my pm or in game, if you do you will be disqualified

• There will be absolutely no favoritism with this competition, if you ask you will be disqualified from this competition.
